History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Silaqui grew up listening to her father's many stories. In her 14th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has worked as a Knight like her mother before her.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and wants to raise her children well

His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Born to a Bellfounder, his father struggled to pay the bills. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Krakhorn alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he wants revenge against dire rats

Personality: Randal wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Aristocrat, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.
