Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. After coming to the age of reason, Fulbar took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Personality: He is a Jeweler first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
