Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. With a patchy auburn beard and wild auburn hair. He has violet eyes and a blue hat with a tan feather.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Beiro lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Beiro took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sai and armor he uses now. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Mara was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Mara's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mara fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Baker. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Baker responsibilities is difficult.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His hair is short and red. His eyes are likewise white. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
