History: Born in the south to a Baker, Gurdis learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She became a Baker soon after.

History: Five was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
