History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Thea grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She struck the Soapmaker job and began her own company from there.

History: Born to a Adventurer, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fisher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he is unsatisfied with his job

She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Hatae hails from a village terrorized by orcs. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Hatae alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.
