History: He got into the Dyer business at a young age. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Dyer for hire.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Decarabia isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Carter and was forced into it by her family.
