Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her chestnut hair is smooth and relatively long. Her gray eyes peer out from beneath her feathered red hat.
Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: She is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. She found a children's book about a Halfling Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she desires power and/or immortality

Description: Her skin is bronze and flawless. She dresses like a well dressed Navigator does. She is an epitome of beauty. She has styled her chestnut hair well, parting it to the left. Her eyes are a pleasant amber.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Silgre grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Silgre. After a long history of fighting, Silgre and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

Description: He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His hair is red, silky, and of moderate length. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. A true patriot, Oskar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. He became a Sage soon after.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and further expansion of business

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears green robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a kukri, but if one is not available he will default to his shield. He has moderate length blue hair. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: Morthos wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Bard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away; and revenge

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a bow, but if one is not available she will default to her bastard sword. Her black hair is unkempt and raggedy. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Glassblower hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.
