History: Arnold was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her religion dominates her actions
