Personality: Anselm hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. He takes great joy in being the best Sage in town.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Ruler arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
