History: Born in the east to a Ruler, Bucklal learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
