History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying west to reunite her family. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Courier but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Gimble hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away.

Personality: Tree hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her painting career. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. She has never given up on her painting dream.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Armorer arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Jarsali alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Laborer they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Armorer, and she later adopted a second daughter.
