Description: She wears a black cloak and cross-gartered green stockings, and she perpetually has her hammer ready. Her hair is chestnut and curly. Her eyes are likewise gray. Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Murgen is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Murgen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and sabotage a competitor

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: This late middle aged woman is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright yellow and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems and is in decent physical shape. Her black hair is well kept. Her brown eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Bowyer. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and to unite with her sister

Description: His skin is bronze and flawless. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He is an epitome of beauty. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and balancing his hectic life and new scribe responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Moon hails from a village terrorized by giants. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and to unite with his sister
