Description: 5'2" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears black trousers with tan and white striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His white hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Gifted from a young age, Grumbar studied abroad. Grumbar was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Grumbar decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
