Personality: He is mildly Halfling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Curran was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Description: This eastern man wears a brown shirt with thin blue vertical stripes and black pants. His clothes are grease stained in places. He wears a colorful flower in his golden hair. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker brown hat.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the east were limited. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Ahvain was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: He is a mite stocky and dresses like a well dressed Barrister does. His hair is long and black with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is golden, braided, and well cared for. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and further expansion of business

Description: She is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Mercenary, and carries shortspears. She has a very tight haircut. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Oriel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and her religion dominates her actions
