History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of drow once and for all.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Malquis was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the drow.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and wants to work out more often

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. When Donella reached her early adolescence her Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
