History: Nala was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rhogar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Half-Elves. Her skin is light but she possesses many brown ritualistic tattoos. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright violet and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her hair is short and golden. She has violet eyes and a violet hat with a brown feather.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Margery was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She became a Crown-heir soon after.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother.

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). Her white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her eyes are likewise brown. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Sumnes wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Expert, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... The war was a terrible time for her, and Sumnes does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Shepherd arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
