Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He takes great joy in being the best Layabout in town.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. A gifted student he started as a Mayor, but he got bored and became a Layabout. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Scribe.
