Personality: Oppleby wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Monk, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Weaver business.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Oppleby alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her parents were killed by orcs in a raid when she was still a young child. The orcs captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.

Personality: Gilkass speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Gilkass lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bounty Hunter and was forced into it by her family; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
