History: Rael hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Rael was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is a Sage first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
