Description: An older woman who wears dull black sweaters, loose tan pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed greatsword, just in case, she is not a threatening figure. She keeps her purple hair in a pixie cut. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Vapula liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, she has the majority of her body covered in plate. Her white hair, when down, is lengthy. Her silver eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Description: Her right side is far more bruised and cut up than her other. She wears a tan cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings. She is bald on top and has large auburn tufts of hair around her ears. Her amber eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She takes great joy in being the best Blacksmith in town.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the east. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. Being a Blacksmith kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Money/treasure.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His silver hair is smooth and relatively long. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 8. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
