History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Gifted from a young age, Juliana studied abroad. Through the years after Juliana was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Juliana's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
