History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A gifted student she started as a Miller, but she got bored and became a Stylist. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born into a rich family. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Pennie is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She's also a talented Dilettante, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Cloak was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Cloak's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
