History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Seraphina grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Adran was born with his mother's beautiful face. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Bather for hire.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing her hectic life and new bather responsibilities is difficult

History: Qualen was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Qualen was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Qualen decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
