Description: This woman stands a little under 5'10" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears light armors faded through time and improper care. She wears a broad hat to hide her balding. Her blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Serpent alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Serpent was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the goblins.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it; and wants to raise her children well

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. Her black hair is cut short. Her eyes are likewise amber.
Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: He is wearing a long, green, dusty cloak. He has chestnut hair. His gold unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Tanner born in the past three hundred years. The war was a terrible time for him, and Oriax does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Oriax was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Oriax was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. During his travels, Oriax and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Oriax discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Oriax fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Description: He is a mite stocky and is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. He wears his dark red hair down. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tieflings.
History: Gifted from a young age, Mordai studied abroad. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sailor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sailor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sailor for the past few years.
Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and wants a kiss

Description: This man is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized opal on his left hand. His white fur is braided into rings. His eyes are a pleasant hazel.
Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is an amazing painter.
History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
