History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His first spouse was a Brewer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

Description: This southern woman is abnormally tall. She dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her brown hair is thinning but still full. Her gold eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Seddit hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Many dire rats want her driven away; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it

Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He wears silk and lounges about seductively. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His hair, while still mostly dark red, has prominent grey streaks. His fierce black eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Balam grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shield.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bounty Hunter. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To be a Barrister again; and he has money and likes to spend it
