Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: He is a Sellsword first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Charles was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He struck the Sellsword job and began his own company from there.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears a robe, a symbol of luck around her neck, and a hammer on her belt. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Ida's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ida fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Personality: He hates Dragonborns with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
