History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with music. She constantly tries to fill her life with music. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and to unite with her brother

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a tan coat. She has styled her brown hair well, parting it to the right. Her eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Carlin embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and balancing her hectic life and new unemployed responsibilities is difficult
