History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Halimath was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. After coming to the age of reason, Oriff took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Beast took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up kukri and armor she uses now. She bought a kukri and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it
