Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Ovina was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ovina fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting dire rats, the young Ghaliver began to lead the lost caravan. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and many dire rats want him driven away

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Gillyd lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Gillyd has worked very hard to control her curse. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and to unite with her sister

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. Her black fur is lengthy and is close to two feet long. This green eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Aura is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Gimurt wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Wizard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and wants to open a new tavern
