History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she desires power and/or immortality
