Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Description: She has a missing left arm. She wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with brown lining and desert motifs. Sporting a blonde mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her eyes are a pleasant amber.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Bolhild was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Description: He is an average looking eastern male in his early mid-life. He has a large red mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his green robe. He has moderate length silver hair. His eyes are a pleasant brown.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. A gifted student she started as a Dyer, but she got bored and became a Guard. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Guard for hire.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and wants to open a new tavern
