Veloptima's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has worked as a Masseuse like her mother before her.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Merchant business.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To protect her home; and wishes to resurrect an old love
