Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with music. She constantly tries to fill her life with music. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her first spouse was a Tanner, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longsword.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bryseis grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and doesn't want to be a detective and was forced into it by her family
