Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He's also a talented Knight, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: With pastel face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she usually wears her yellow robe and has her mace always slung over her shoulder. Her silver hair is braided into rings. Her gray eyes peer out from beneath her wide-brimmed yellow hat.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Born in the north to a Guard, Rosalind learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears a brown costume with the symbols of luck on his torso. He keeps his brown hair in a pixie cut. He has violet eyes and a brown hat with a pastel feather.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Roland was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A freak accident while working with his Mortician mother left him crippled. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Farmer.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and balancing his hectic life and new farmer responsibilities is difficult

Description: He tends to wear a large black jacket. He is portly but not overly obese. His long brass crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. His red eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He got into the Soapmaker business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and expand his business

Description: The dark-skinned woman stands 3'2" and wears a worn and beaten armor. Her hair is long and brown with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small white clips. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and elven compassion
