History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

She has a hunchback. Her deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is her passion.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His childhood dream was to be a Cook, but he was a colossal failure. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Crown-heir.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and doesn't want to be a crown-heir and was forced into it by his family

Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is renowned for his bright grey suits and hats. He wears his brown hair up in a very large beehive style do. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
