Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Simon hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Being a Painter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines gold.

Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Her parents enrolled her in a Adept school at a young age so that she could practice her arcane talents. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She wants revenge against dire rats.

Description: This man wears baggy pastel pantaloons and a green scarf. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized emerald on his right hand. His fur is short and red. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Spy who has hired him part-time. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Skirt lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A freak accident while working with his Detective mother left him crippled. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and wants a kiss

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking eastern young adult. She wears dull black sweaters, loose white pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed longsword, just in case. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. Her chestnut hair is knotted and matted. She has silver eyes.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: To be a Interpreter again; and she has money and likes to spend it

She prefers to carry a shortspear, but if one is not available she will default to her scythe, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 3'1" when asserting herself. She wears her chestnut hair down. Her hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. She now mingles about in high society.
