History: Symma was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He struck the Shoemaker job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is an amazing painter.

History: Richard hails from a village terrorized by drow. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Spy for hire.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and further expansion of business
