Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He struck the Seamstress job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To be a Ruler again; and to pay off his debts

Description: An older man who tends to wear a large yellow jacket, he is not a threatening figure. His blonde hair is singed and shortened. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Roger is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Crown-heir they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Tailor, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he loathes his own lifestyle
