Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: William was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving William alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted.
