History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Servant. She tends to her Servant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was born in the north. A freak accident while working with her Weaver mother left her crippled. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Carpenter. He's also a talented Gardener, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he has money and likes to spend it
