Description: She is a husky woman, who wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. She wears her blonde hair up. Her amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.
History: The child of a Roofer, who enjoyed hunting, Seraphina was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Seraphina fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and she's in love

Description: Standing 4'9", this woman wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.
Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: She got into the Fletcher business at a young age. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.
Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and an old rival family wants her found

Description: She wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame. She carries with her a set of nunchakus on her belt, each one with a opal on the hilt. Her hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Dagnal will drive conversation. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Jeweler arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has styled his golden hair well, parting it to the right. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Born to a Locksmith, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and retire the richest man in the north
Ideals: Entrepeneur. Flaws: Ugly, Antagonistic. Bonds: Poor. Occupation: Gardener

Description: She wears a black tunic with tan highlights, and long blue pants that bunch up around her shoes. She carries with her a set of tridents on her belt, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. Her white hair is well kept. Her green eyes peer out from beneath her feathered black hat.
Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. Murgen enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: She was born into a rich family. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Orcs in Murgen's homeland. Murgen decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she is greedy
