History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. She wears a deerstalker hat to cover her moderate length red hair. Her brown eyes peer out from beneath her deerstalker white hat.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in the south to a Shipwright, Nedda learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Through the years after Nedda was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Nedda's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has achieved small success as a Shipwright.
