History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Oriel wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Warrior, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the east were limited. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. A true patriot, Rosamund would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Gifted from a young age, Rosamund studied abroad. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: To be a Crown-heir again; and wants to open a new tavern

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. Paela abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and to reunite with her old friends

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She is obsessed with her god.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
