History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Shifting was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Shifting's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Bernard was born the youngest of three triplets. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: Zedaar was born the youngest of three triplets. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: This woman loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mardred fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her parents were killed by goblins in a raid when she was still a young child. The goblins captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it.
