History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

He has styled his golden hair well, parting it to the right. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. Raer is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born to a Brewer, his father struggled to pay the bills. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Raer was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and doesn't want to be a bellfounder and was forced into it by his family

History: She was born in the west. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Barrister for the past few years.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Barrister and was forced into it by her family; and to reunite with her absent father

She is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes., and her gloved hand is found clutching a greataxe. She has wavy blonde hair. Her amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Gardener who has hired her part-time. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She is a Maurezhi in disguise. In her 18th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. During her travels, Ielenia and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Ielenia discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Ielenia fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.
