History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To protect his home.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ethereal grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Tabaxi Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has worked as a Assassin like his mother before him.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He worked as a nervous Barber and found it very stressful. He struck the Barber job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Barber and was forced into it by his family; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers
