Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she is dressed in a clean violet cloak covering her clean studded leather. Her blonde hair is smooth and relatively long. This gray eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: Irann was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student she started as a Sailor, but she got bored and became a Healer. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Irann fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: With brown face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a scimitar, but if one is not available he will default to his bow. He has no hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and a deep hatred of illithids

Description: She wears a violet armored body suit, with a simple yellow line shooting up and back down, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'4" when asserting herself. With bright golden hair. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

Description: He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He is physically well-built. He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length silver crest. His eyes are likewise red.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
