History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Ernest alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Ernest was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Shamil abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Stannor lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. During his travels, Stannor and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Stannor discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Stannor fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When Zanna reached her early adolescence her Gnome mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
