History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Through the years after Akra was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
