History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tabaxi conditions. Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
